A Randolph County funeral director is now facing charges after police say he sexually assaulted a woman who used his firm to plan funeral services for her late mother.
Thomas Oswalt, 42, operates the Oswalt Family Funeral Home in Winchester. Prosecutors have charged him with two counts of sexual battery.
According to authorities, Oswalt inappropriately touched the woman while she was at his business planning funeral arrangements for her deceased mother.
The woman claims Oswalt also sent her lewd text messages.
